James Cameron Isn’t Directing The First Tintin Movie

I incorrectly reported on this website that James Cameron was to direct the first Tintin movie it appears I jumped the gun. I am sorry and now several people have quite rightly put me right. I am sorry for the anger I caused.  

James Cameron is involved in the first film but it now appears that his involvement is through the use of his Avatar stage of his latest film which is using the latest technology to bring the ligne claire style look of the Tintin albums to the big screen.

As for the nasty emails I can only say sorry for the offence I caused and please be advised that some of the post I bring to you are under the category “rumours” which means I am just passing on information I have gathered that I think like minded Tintin fans will find interesting.

I am a big Tintin fan and really looking forward to the films and this website is an extension of that. 

Can I say thanks too all those who have sent me kind emails and sent relevant information my way as the info you send is valuable and help me keep up with the latest news. 

The Tintin movie is clouded in secrecy and I am trying as hard as possible to try and bring real and relevant info to fellow Ttintin fans.
